WhatsApp & business communications

Privacy policy.

Your information. Your choices.
How we handle personal information when you communicate with Alsayegh Worldwide.

Last updated:

This policy explains how Alsayegh Worldwide ("Alsayegh", "we", "us") handles personal information in our WhatsApp and related business communications. It also explains how to contact us about your information.

01Who this covers

This policy applies when you contact us, receive business messages from us, or provide information through a related enquiry, invitation or registration form. It covers enquiries, client and supplier communications, and event or project coordination.

When we communicate on behalf of an event organiser or client, that organisation may determine how its event or project information is used. Its own privacy notice may also apply. We can help identify the appropriate organisation for a privacy request.

02Information we receive

Depending on your interaction, this may include:

  • Your name, phone number, email address, organisation and role.
  • Messages, enquiries, attachments and other information you choose to provide.
  • Invitation responses, registration details and communication preferences relevant to an event or project.
  • Message identifiers, timestamps, delivery or read status where available, and records of consent or opt-out requests.

Information may come directly from you, from your organisation, or from an event organiser or client coordinating the relevant communication. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal documents through a general chat.

03How we use it

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, manage business relationships, coordinate events and projects, process registration or RSVP responses, and communicate practical updates. Delivery information helps us identify whether a message reached its intended recipient.

Where consent is required for optional invitations or promotional communications, we rely on that consent. Other information may be processed to fulfil a request or contract, meet a legal obligation, or for another basis permitted by applicable law. You can ask us about the basis for a particular use.

You may ask to stop optional messages at any time.

04When we share it

Relevant information may be accessed by authorised Alsayegh team members and service providers supporting business messaging, hosting, secure storage, communications processing and technical support. These services process information needed to deliver or support the communication.

Where necessary for an event or project, we may share relevant details with the responsible client or organiser. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect legal rights and address misuse.

Some service providers may process information outside your country or the UAE. Where information is transferred internationally, we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. The messaging platform also processes information under its own privacy terms; see WhatsApp's privacy policy. Links in messages may lead to sites with separate privacy notices.

05Retention & security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, relationship, event or project, and to address applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and why it is held.

We seek to protect personal information through appropriate organisational and technical measures and access controls. No communication or storage system can guarantee absolute security. A request to delete information may be subject to a lawful retention requirement.

06Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, or restriction of certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or object to optional communications.

To stop optional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or tell us you no longer wish to receive them. You can also contact us by email. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or information that must be kept for another lawful reason.

07Request deletion

Email info@alsayegh.com with the subject Privacy request — data deletion. Include the phone number or email address used to contact us and enough context to identify the relevant conversation, event or project.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or deleting data. We will review the request, explain any lawful retention exception, and respond within the period required by applicable law. If another organisation controls the relevant information, we will explain how to direct your request.

Deleting a chat from your own device does not by itself send us a deletion request or remove records held by another organisation.
